Programme Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of projects and programs for the Gulf Region, where clients leverage Quantexa for multiple business purposes with interdependent projects.
• Drive successful outcomes by delivering programs to realize maximum value for clients.
• Take full ownership of portfolio: manage risks and issues, uphold quality standards, ensure control of costs, timelines, and scope.
• Oversee commercial aspects: manage contracts, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource use.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision; know when to seek support from Delivery Managers.
• Lead and manage delivery teams, ensuring team effectiveness and wellbeing.
• Develop partner skillsets and enhance partner capabilities in collaboration projects.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and forecast project demand.
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery, providing feedback both internally and to Product & R&D teams.
• Travel to client offices in Dubai and the Gulf region as required.
• Obtain required government clearances as part of the role.

Requirements

• Complex IT program management experience
• Track record of delivering live systems and programs
• Strong client engagement skills (tech professional services or client-facing roles)
• Ability to lead, inspire, and align teams to common goals
• Collaboration across multiple teams to resolve complex challenges
• High standards, humility, desire to "do the right thing"
• Grasp of complex concepts, clear communication with gravitas
• High emotional intelligence, leadership, effective listener and responder to feedback
