Project Management & Chief of Staff Intern

Responsibilities

• Supporting cross-functional project tracking (product, wholesale, marketing, operations)
• Structuring tasks, timelines, ownership, and follow-ups
• Assisting with internal reporting and weekly summaries
• Maintaining decision logs and documentation
• Coordinating certain administrative workflows
• Improving internal processes and proposing efficiency gains
• Leveraging AI and automation to reduce repetitive work
• Supporting high-priority initiatives directly under the founder

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student (Business, Engineering, Operations, Management, Data)
• Naturally think in systems and structure
• Detail-oriented but capable of seeing the bigger picture
• Comfortable with digital tools (Notion, Google Sheets, AI tools, automation platforms)
• Enjoy bringing order to moving environments
• Want exposure to real decision-making and scaling challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management or operations
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
