Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 24-month rotation across Civil Engineering technical teams to build a strong foundation in core disciplines
• Assist senior Project and Program Managers in overseeing project execution, scheduling, and reporting
• Proactively identify project challenges and collaborate with teams to recommend effective solutions
• Support decision-making by applying sound judgment to project activities
• Assist in managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Engage in on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Recent graduate (graduated within the last 24 months)
• Minimum GPA of 3.2
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
