Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of advanced analytics and investigative support projects
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams supporting federal analytics and investigative initiatives
- Serve as the primary technical and managerial interface between the contractor team, Contracting Officer, and Contracting Officer’s Representative
- Coordinate project activities across data scientists, analysts, investigators, and technical specialists
- Develop and maintain project schedules, implementation plans, resource plans, and milestone tracking
- Monitor project costs, schedules, deliverables, risks, and overall performance
- Identify, document, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support sprint planning, project kickoff meetings, and recurring status meetings
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, briefings, financial reports, and performance updates
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate resolution of project conflicts
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Agile projects
- Experience delivering fraud analytics, advanced analytics, or investigative support solutions
- Experience supporting advanced analytics or investigative programs within a large federal contract environment
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and technical teams
- Experience interacting with senior leaders and government customers
- Experience managing project costs, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Experience overseeing analytics initiatives involving large-scale federal benefit programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain a required government background investigation
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience supporting federal Offices of Inspectors General or law enforcement organizations
- Experience managing projects involving AI, machine learning, or graph analytics
- Experience managing analytics projects involving cloud-based platforms or data governance
- Familiarity with federal contracting and government reporting processes
