Project Manager Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from order intake to completion, ensuring adherence to EHS, time, quality, and cost commitments
• Manage project financials including revenue recognition, cash flow, risk, opportunities, and profit margins
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with sales and program management
• Identify and maintain a risk register to mitigate or eliminate potential project problems
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to align deliverables with technical specifications and customer requirements
• Manage customer contracts and specifications
• Oversee field operations, including site activities, scope, schedule, and quality, while managing Site Managers and Coordinators
• Identify supplier needs and coordinate with supply chain for qualification and competitiveness
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering
• Accredited Project Management qualifications with construction site experience
• Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience
• Hands-on experience in Data Centers or similar critical systems applications
• Strong electrical engineering background with design and installation experience in heavy-duty power distribution
• Experience in Power Management, Power Control, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems
• Ability to travel to sites up to 100% during installation and commissioning phases

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the data center industry or similar technologies
• Experience with automation and controls in large industrial projects
