Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects (3–12 months) across planning, resourcing, timelines, and communications
• Drive change management: consulting, expectation setting, and client education
• Advise on configuration and setup across the DiliTrust product suite and internal tools
• Deliver customer training and ensure strong adoption
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships with business and IT stakeholders
• Coordinate technical experts for data migration and integrations/interfaces
• Apply agile project management practices and cadence
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Application Support, and R&D teams
• Develop domain expertise in corporate law, contracts, litigation, and governance
• Operate from Dubai (JLT) in a hybrid setup
