Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project timelines, task tracking, and creative workflows using Asana
• Own the cadence of project updates and delivery forecasts for clients and internal teams
• Coordinate creative assignments across the full project lifecycle
• Maintain accurate project trackers and identify potential risks early
• Partner with creatives, strategists, and clients to ensure alignment on priorities
• Support the implementation of AI-powered workflows and automation
• Remove day-to-day project roadblocks and escalate larger issues when needed

Requirements

• 2-4 years of project management or coordination experience in a digital marketing or creative agency
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools
• Strong communication skills for providing polished updates to clients
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
