Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Fluxx platform as the primary client relationship manager
• Oversee project planning, initiation, and the full implementation lifecycle
• Facilitate discovery sessions to translate client data into functional requirements and user stories
• Track, report, and mitigate project risks, timelines, scope, and budgets
• Conduct product demos and training for clients
• Manage change orders and develop internal project management tools and best practices
• Support the team with testing, user stories, and documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional project management experience
• 2+ years managing SaaS software projects and driving implementations
• 2+ years in a client-facing project management role
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with productivity tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Familiarity with grant management processes
• Experience in the Foundation, Non-profit, or Social Impact sectors
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with Salesforce and grant-making software
