Project Manager - Fund Administration

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects for international banking clients, including technology transfers and office expansions.
• Align internal processes with client needs and document project scope with stakeholders.
• Lead and deliver high-priority projects from inception to completion, ensuring standardization and risk awareness.
• Monitor project status, progress, and deadlines, and provide regular updates to clients and executives.
• Identify and address project risks, recommending and implementing solutions for high-risk areas.
• Oversee strategy for resource planning, task allocation, and virtual team management, including recruitment, training, and development.
• Ensure adherence to department policies and procedures.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives by presenting workflows and services to prospects and existing clients.
• Assist with the preparation of client proposals and RFPs for new business development.
• Strengthen client relationships to identify and expand service opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification
• 10+ years' proven project management experience
• Fund Administration, Private credit, Private markets, Asset Specialists experience
• Workshop facilitation, operating model design, tech workflow mapping, whiteboarding
• Relationship management in financial services
• Strong business analytical skills
