Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations for utility and transmission customers
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and manage expectations
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and cross-program dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Knowledge of utility/energy regulations and standards
• Experience with interconnection processes and terminology
