Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of internal IT projects supporting scalability, automation, and business transformation
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to execution and closeout
• Facilitate project intake, prioritization, and planning with IT leadership and stakeholders
• Establish project governance, including status cadence, decision tracking, and escalation paths
• Develop project plans, schedules, status reports, and RAID logs using Jira and Confluence
• Monitor project progress, manage scope, and proactively resolve risks, issues, and blockers
• Provide regular executive reporting on project health, timelines, and KPIs
• Support change management activities including stakeholder readiness and adoption planning
• Refine project management methodologies, templates, and standard operating documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing information technology projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Broad understanding of IT disciplines including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and automation
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects across IT, Security, Finance, and HR
• Proficiency in gathering technical requirements and using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing risks and dependencies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or ITIL Foundation
