Project Manager, Land Use Entitlements

Responsibilities

• Conduct municipal and regulatory code research for cross-functional teams
• Support creation of municipal presentations and zoning exhibits
• Assist with preparation and submission of applications to various agencies
• Provide zoning site verification for cannabis siting compliance
• Work with architects, engineers, and expeditors to facilitate permit applications
• Coordinate with municipalities to ensure timely permit processing
• Communicate project status, timelines, and issues to stakeholders
• Produce and maintain project schedules and documentation
• Project permit issue dates to support construction mobilization
• Manage tracking and reporting of permitting status for new openings and remodels
• Maintain internal files relating to applications, approvals, and permits

Requirements

• 5+ years of permitting/compliance experience (general contractor, retailer, or paralegal)
• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Ability to pass background checks and state badging agency approval

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
