About the Company

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up using an AI-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery across engineering, clinical, product, and operations
• Run streamlined sprint and delivery rituals including planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Write precise project briefs, PRDs, and task breakdowns executable by engineers and AI agents
• Use AI tooling to automate recurring status updates, meeting notes, and reporting
• Proactively manage risks, scope creep, and resource conflicts
• Translate requirements between product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams
• Measure initiative success through velocity, predictability, and on-time delivery metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management, program management, or delivery-focused ops at a software company
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery with minimal oversight
• Hands-on experience using AI tooling to automate workflows or tasks
• Ability to write technical specs that require minimal clarification
• Proficiency in project tracking tools like Linear, Jira, Asana, or Notion
• High agency and ability to work independently
• Availability to work U.S. business hours with 4–5 hours daily overlap
• Professional-level written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telehealth, healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent workflow constraints
• Experience working alongside AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor
• Technical background capable of understanding PRs and engineering designs
