Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident response projects across concurrent technical workstreams
• Serve as the connection between clients, technical teams, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Own project documentation including trackers, status reports, milestone logs, and deliverable schedules
• Generate Statements of Work, change orders, and level of efforts
• Compile and distribute timely status updates regarding engagement progress
• Monitor project budgets, track time and expenses, and flag potential scope creep
• Coordinate scheduling for client meetings, technical activities, and stakeholder briefings
• Identify and surface project risks early
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support active incident response operations
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or technology environments
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing documentation
• Proficiency with project management platforms
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial tracking, budget monitoring, and basic project accounting
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity, IT services, or incident response environments
• Experience generating SOWs, proposals, or contract documentation
• Familiarity with legal or insurance-related project requirements
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• CAPM, PMP, CSM, or other project management certification
