Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transitions from sales to services and customer success
• Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Assign appropriate resources to the project plan
• Use EPM tools to track progress, work hours, and budgets
• Facilitate weekly project status calls with customer project managers
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and change orders
• Maintain project issue and risk logs with mitigation strategies
• Prepare project completion and close-out documentation

Requirements

• Experience managing Healthcare IT projects (EMR, EHR, or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
• Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and risk assessment
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
