Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create project plans, milestones and overall project calendar
  • Manage and supervise projects end-to-end using project management systems (Zoho Projects)
  • Schedule and forecast timelines for multiple concurrent projects
  • Track deadlines, priorities and resource allocation (human and budgetary)
  • Maintain project expense ledgers and coordinate with Accounts
  • Lead and motivate project teams; ensure accountability and delivery
  • Communicate with management, clients, vendors and freelancers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and report on project health

  • Prior experience in integrated digital marketing projects
  • Preferred regional backgrounds: Eastern European or Middle Eastern
