Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects, reporting financials, and controlling budgets
  • Handle proposal development, resource management, forecasting, and schedule management
  • Develop and manage detailed traditional project schedules and work plans
  • Estimate proposal budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Provide project presentations to stakeholders regarding strategy and estimates
  • Maintain strong federal customer relationships
  • Inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • 10 years of project management experience overseeing full lifecycle EPC projects in commercial/industrial construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program
  • Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6
  • Understanding of commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, and construction processes
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical contracting, including distribution and cooling systems
  • PMP, CCM, or CPC certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • OSHA or QC certification
  • Knowledge of SBA and the 8(a) program
  • Experience with RMS, ProjNet, and EM385
  • Experience with critical infrastructure, data centers, UPS, and thermal/HVAC systems
  • Proficiency with NavisWorks, Bluebeam, or estimation software
  • Experience working in international locations
