Project Manager, Service Delivery

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and timelines
• Provide clear and consistent updates to customers throughout the entire delivery life cycle
• Manage technical tasks including ordering Internet Circuits, Hosted VoIP projects, and number porting processes
• Oversee SDWAN implementations and document project dependencies and priorities
• Drive successful outcomes by utilizing hands-on delivery expertise

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
• Hands-on experience with VoIP, SDWAN implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with various carriers
• Proven ability to manage third-party resources effectively
• Strong documentation skills to clearly outline project dependencies and priorities
