Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and align delivery with business objectives
• Lead infrastructure, migration, and integration initiatives across cloud and network environments
• Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning through post-deployment support
• Direct cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, vendors, and offshore resources
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and scope
• Oversee change management and stakeholder alignment
• Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Maintain clear communication through structured updates and reporting
• Optimize resource utilization and enhance delivery processes
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects in client-facing environments
• Proven ability to lead distributed and offshore teams
• Experience with cloud platforms, network infrastructure, and system integrations
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or Asana
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• PMP certification and Agile knowledge preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance industry is a plus
