Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete life cycle of IT projects including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation
• Design project plans identifying needs, major tasks, and milestones based on scope, resources, and budget
• Utilize Agile methodologies for project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage day-to-day execution of technical projects across SOC, CDM, CI/CD, and engineering teams
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across engineering and operations teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology Project Management
• Active PMP certification
• Active Secret level security clearance
• Ability to maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Tier 4/6c)
• Strong technical understanding of IAM and AWS GovCloud
• Proficiency in ITIL Foundation
• Experience with CDM, SOC, DevSecOps, and vulnerability management
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale and complex IT operations
• Experience presenting material to senior Government officials
• Knowledge of cloud-native tools and recent computer science advances
