Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution and delivery across distributed cross-functional teams through stand-ups, retrospectives, and async collaboration
• Collaborate with customers and Service Leads during discovery to define MVP scope and capture requirements
• Identify data dependencies, migration needs, and integration points early in the process
• Own the project backlog, translate requirements into user stories, and define acceptance criteria
• Select and adapt methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid to suit project contexts
• Act as the main point of contact for customer stakeholders and internal teams
• Monitor execution progress, budget tracking, and resource allocations
• Identify blockers and manage delivery risks

Requirements

• 4+ years managing software or product development initiatives
• Experience in professional services or technology environments
• Direct experience engaging with customers in strategic discovery and execution
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and UX principles
• Background in technology, software engineering, or digital product delivery
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
• Proven success facilitating distributed, cross-functional teams
• Experience managing data-related initiatives including audits, migrations, and integrations
