Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, timelines, budgets, and resourcing needs for key accounts
• Operationalize approved briefs into actionable execution plans
• Lead day-to-day execution across teams to drive momentum and progress
• Track project health, identify risks, and mitigate delivery issues early
• Perform QA in partnership with creative leads to ensure brand quality
• Ensure all work is delivered on time, on scope, and within budget

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project, account, or campaign management within a brand or advertising function
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, or Trello
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, Id) and Figma
• Knowledge of creative AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, and branding

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Creative Producer
• High-level understanding of how creative content drives business outcomes
• Ability to work autonomously and decisively in a fast-paced environment
