Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new client intake, onboarding, and project assignments
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines
  • Prepare and manage proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and project documentation
  • Manage client meeting workflows including agendas, materials, and action items
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and project tracking tools
  • Maintain accurate project records and provide status reporting to stakeholders
  • Partner with trade consultants to manage project execution and client expectations
  • Coordinate logistics for client training sessions and educational events
  • Identify process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Project Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, consulting operations, or trade compliance
  • Knowledge of trade compliance, import/export operations, or customs regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international logistics providers
