Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, engineering, QA, and vendors
• Manage change control, track dependencies, and ensure acceptance criteria are met
• Track financials and budgets, forecast resource needs, and report on cost variances
• Establish and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and RAID logs
• Facilitate project ceremonies such as kickoffs, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Implement and enforce delivery processes, quality gates, and compliance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience managing medium-to-large projects in IT, software delivery, or business transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading and managing several teams
