Project Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Communicate with global IP holders about game crossover opportunities in China and worldwide
• Own project operations with game developers to maximize revenue and brand awareness
• Drive project management and execute IP supervision for smooth launches
• Partner with sales and business development teams for brand integration
• Evaluate project performance and communicate results and insights
• Propose practical integration solutions for IP and games

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in mobile gaming
• Proven success in project management within game publishing or operations
• Native-level Chinese and strong spoken and written English
• Strong passion for mobile games and familiarity with ACGN culture
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital IP operations or game publishing
• Familiarity with remote working tools
• Experience working with cross-cultural and multi-timezone teams
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
• Flexibility to accommodate some overlap with Beijing working hours
