Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of HCP promotional initiatives from launch through completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and implementation schedules for promotional campaigns
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful program execution and delivery
- Manage workflows, documentation, approvals, and communication related to active programs
- Coordinate with external vendors and agency partners to track deliverables and service-level expectations
- Track program performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Ensure promotional activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5+ years of directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or Communications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or loyalty programs
- Experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations
- Experience managing customer loyalty, engagement, or incentive programs
- Proficiency with project management, reporting, and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with CRM marketing automation or customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of compliance considerations related to HCP engagement programs
