Responsibilities

• Operate and manage end-to-end trading operations
• Develop and monitor risk management frameworks
• Ensure accurate communication between account managers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Mandatory 3–5 years of experience in proprietary trading
• Strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, DxTrade)
• Proven team management experience in high-pressure environments
• Self-driven with minimal supervision
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities for trading data
