Property Consultant - Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Assist clients buying, selling, leasing residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and open houses
• Provide market analysis and pricing guidance based on local trends
• Generate and qualify leads through networking and marketing
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales/lease process to closing
• Maintain accurate records and follow up in the CRM
• Coordinate marketing assets (photography, video, listings, social campaigns)
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and required licensing

Requirements

• 2+ years
• Negotiation skills
• Client relations
• Abu Dhabi market
• CRM proficiency
• Social media
• English fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• RERA license
• Real estate license
• Arabic preferred
• UAE driving license
