Property Consultant (Area specialist)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties within the Palm Jumeirah area.
• Network with potential clients to acquire leads and foster relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and inspections.
• Prepare market analyses and keep up-to-date with real estate trends.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for property transactions.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options.

Requirements

• Exceptional consulting and communication skills
• More than 1 year as a Palm Jumeirah area specialist in Real Estate
• Demonstrated sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
• Fluent in English (proficiency in Arabic or other languages advantageous)
• Valid UAE driver's license preferred

• Real Estate and/or Property Management certification
