Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties
• Provide expert guidance based on local market knowledge
• Conduct property viewings and manage client expectations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure client satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with a diverse client base

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Fluency in English is required
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate license or relevant industry certifications
• Proficiency in Arabic or other languages
