Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties
• Network with potential clients and conduct property viewings and inspections
• Prepare market analysis and provide expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options
• Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment or finance sectors
• Sales background with demonstrated achievements
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Valid UAE driver's license preferred
