Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties
Network with potential clients and conduct property viewings and inspections
Prepare market analysis and provide expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options
Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment or finance sectors
Sales background with demonstrated achievements
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Valid UAE driver's license preferred
