Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties
• Provide expert guidance using local market knowledge
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate contracts
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven negotiation skills
• Comprehensive understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and social media marketing
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Valid UAE driver's license preferred
