Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and offer personalized property guidance
• Conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries
• Negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide advice on market trends and legal considerations in real estate

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in the UAE market preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic are a plus)
• A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred
