Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and offer personalized property guidance
- Conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries
- Negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide advice on market trends and legal considerations in real estate
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales (at least 1 year in the UAE market preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Real estate certification or relevant qualifications advantageous
- Valid UAE driver’s license preferred
