Responsibilities

Build strong client relationships and offer personalized property guidance
Conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries
Negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction
Provide advice on market trends and legal considerations in real estate

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales (at least 1 year in the UAE market preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Real estate certification or relevant qualifications advantageous
Valid UAE driver’s license preferred
