Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and offer personalized property guidance
• Conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries
• Negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide advice on market trends and legal considerations in real estate

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (at least 1 year in the UAE market preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications advantageous
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred
