Property Consultant (German Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties
• Network with potential clients and conduct property viewings and inspections
• Prepare market analysis and negotiate terms and conditions
• Provide expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options
• Work with high-quality leads from targeted marketing campaigns
• Attend roadshows and events in the DACH region
• Collaborate with channel partner investors
• Receive one-on-one support from a Top Forbes agent

Requirements

• Exceptional consulting and communication skills
• Proven sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities
• Deep knowledge of Dubai real estate market and industry practices
• Skilled in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
• Fluent in German and English (Arabic/other languages an advantage)
• Valid UAE driver's license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Real Estate and/or Property Management certification is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages beneficial
