Responsibilities
- Reach out to provided property management leads and initiate sales conversations
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients
- Lead sales calls, presentations, and pricing discussions
- Handle objections and negotiate terms effectively
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed agreement
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all deals and interactions
- Present tailored solutions based on property type and portfolio size
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in property management or real estate sales
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Strong understanding of property management services and pricing
- Experience selling to property owners, landlords, or real estate investors
- Proficiency using CRM systems
- Ability to work U.S. Business Hours (EST)
