Responsibilities

  • Reach out to provided property management leads and initiate sales conversations
  • Convert qualified leads into signed clients
  • Lead sales calls, presentations, and pricing discussions
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms effectively
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed agreement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all deals and interactions
  • Present tailored solutions based on property type and portfolio size

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in property management or real estate sales
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Strong understanding of property management services and pricing
  • Experience selling to property owners, landlords, or real estate investors
  • Proficiency using CRM systems
  • Ability to work U.S. Business Hours (EST)
