About the Company

Obvio AI deploys solar-powered, AI-assisted cameras to enforce traffic laws and prevent pedestrian fatalities. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures and Khosla Ventures, we are building the intelligence layer for safer streets globally.

Responsibilities

• Own RFP responses end-to-end, from opportunity identification through contract award
• Research municipalities, including Vision Zero plans, crash data, and legislative landscapes
• Partner with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate proposal language
• Build and maintain a proposal asset library of reusable prose, briefs, and graphics
• Monitor procurement channels and flag opportunities to the sales team
• Develop a content playbook, including blog posts, op-eds, and thought leadership
• Produce customer-facing collateral such as one-pagers, product explainers, and sales documents

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in structured proposal writing and marketing or editorial content
• Experience in a fast-growing startup within govtech, public safety, or civic tech
• Proven track record of winning contracts against larger competitors through strong proposals
• Ability to research and synthesize regulatory and statutory language
• Experience building proposal or content infrastructure from scratch
