Responsibilities

• Own strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission
• Shape response strategy with account teams and coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security
• Drive every submission to an exceptionally high bar on time
• Run pursuits through an AI-first system and help improve automation and workflows
• Systematize repeated work into templates, content, and processes for the company

Requirements

• Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end
• Experience at a technology company preferred
• Fluent use of AI and automation in professional workflows
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to turn technical input into persuasive responses
• Strong project management skills under deadline pressure
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to interpret scoring criteria

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional languages beyond English
• Experience with security or compliance questionnaires
• Technical or pre-sales background
