Our platform helps contractors, engineering firms, and utilities unlock valuable insights from sewer inspection data—turning hours of manual video review into actionable intelligence in minutes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full engagement lifecycle from technical discovery through scoping, ETL execution, and delivery
• Run discovery and intake calls with city operations and IT teams to produce Scoping Summaries
• Lead weekly customer check-ins and serve as the primary technical point of contact
• Execute legacy data migrations and configure CMMS integrations (Cityworks, Cartegraph) against the SewerAI API
• Use AI-assisted tooling and the ProServe CLI/SDK to script, map, and transform customer data
• Apply NASSCO coding standards (PACP/LACP/MACP) to validate inspection data quality
• Partner with Technical Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to surface customer feedback

Requirements

• Hands-on field experience in sewer or wastewater inspection (CCTV, SSES, or similar programs)
• Direct experience with inspection data and submittals (coding, QAQC, exports, or data management)
• Fluency with NASSCO standards; PACP/LACP/MACP certification preferred
• Strong customer-facing confidence and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding data quality validation

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior contractor, utility, or engineering-consulting background
• Exposure to scripting, SQL, or data tooling
