Protocol Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement features and improvements for blockchain protocols
• Develop smart contracts and contribute to dApp creation and maintenance
• Collaborate with research teams to validate new concepts and integrate emerging technologies
• Ensure blockchain infrastructure is scalable, secure, and efficient
• Participate in code reviews and uphold best practices for code quality
• Stay current with blockchain developments and engage with the community

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in protocol development with strong blockchain background
• Experience developing smart contracts and decentralized applications
• Proficiency in Rust and Solidity
• Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms and network protocol optimization
• Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills with focus on high-quality solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts
