Risk Labs is the foundation and core team behind UMA and Across. We operate as a globally distributed team building infrastructure that pushes crypto forward, including UMA’s Optimistic Oracle and Across's intent-based interoperability architecture.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and validate the accuracy of protocol-related proposals using structured reasoning
• Triage and resolve a broad spectrum of questions and issues
• Review AI-generated responses and provide feedback for corrective training and quality assurance
• Identify recurring issues and provide structured feedback to product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Build deep working knowledge across protocols to make confident judgment calls on resolutions and escalations
• Act as connective tissue between internal and external people and systems

Requirements

• Ability to apply structured reasoning to ambiguous scenarios
• High level of resourcefulness and reliability
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Adaptability to evolving day-to-day tasks and responsibilities
• Interest in blockchain, oracle infrastructure, and cross-chain interoperability
