Provider Engagement Liaison Senior

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary relationship manager with providers to ensure a positive experience and promote network retention
• Support new providers with onboarding and orientation
• Resolve complex provider issues and collaborate with internal teams
• Monitor data and present reports on referral volume and engagement
• Create strategic plans for providers to support health plan goals
• Partner with quality improvement departments for value-based program results

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in computer literacy and group presentations
• Knowledge of health insurance
