Provider Enrollment Coordinator III (Eastern United States resident)

Responsibilities

• Oversee enrollment activities, provider record maintenance, and Third Party Payer relationships
• Provide direction to enrollment staff and ensure adherence to accreditation and service standards
• Develop and maintain enrollment function strategy and policies
• Act as the primary compliance resource for regulatory and accreditation agency programs
• Coordinate enrollment data for regulatory audits and primary source verification
• Develop organizational and provider enrollment criteria based on quality and regulatory metrics
• Process initial and re-enrollment for providers and organizational providers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in computer literacy and communication
• Ability to handle confidential information and work within a team
