Provider Onboarding Associate

Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance, and are growing rapidly to meet the needs of thousands of active clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate or co-facilitate live onboarding meetings via Zoom for incoming psychologists and therapists
• Serve as a key point of contact during the pre-start window from offer acceptance to active service
• Respond to inbound provider emails regarding credentialing, scheduling, and access
• Host Zoom troubleshooting sessions to help new providers navigate tools and technology
• Monitor provider pre-onboarding tasks and flag at-risk providers to the Manager
• Maintain onboarding documentation and update internal systems to reflect accurate status
• Support a warm, neurodivergent-affirming onboarding experience

Requirements

• Experience in mental health, healthcare, or clinical operations
• Experience using Monday.com, Healthie, Slack, Notion, or Zapier
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate live meetings
• Ability to manage email volume and prioritize tasks without supervision
• High reliability and attention to detail in note-taking and follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the provider perspective in a clinical setting
