About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider serving patients across multiple states including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. We provide a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility through remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
• Initiate communication and follow-up with applicants in a timely manner
• Review resumes and CVs to determine qualifications for open positions
• Schedule and conduct phone screens for qualified applicants
• Maintain detailed recruitment notes in the Applicant Tracking System
• Recommend and schedule qualified applicants for interviews
• Act as a liaison between management and applicants
• Create and send personalized hire offers to selected candidates
• Provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in email, phone, and text messaging communication
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Strong computer skills including MS Office
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume recruiting
