Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and young adults
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide medication management
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Monitor patient progress against care goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care
• Provide consultation and education to families regarding diagnoses and treatment options
• Maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant patient records and documentation

Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 2 years experience working independently as a PMHNP
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults
• Board Certification by ANCC or AANP (PMHNP-BC)
• DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority License
• Proficiency with Google Suite, EHR systems, and virtual platforms
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week
