Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth evaluations after members complete biopsychosocial intakes
• Monitor progress through monthly appointments
• Prescribe medications as needed and answer member questions
• Complete notes in our EHR (Healthie) and follow clinical protocols
• Work with a supportive team and attend occasional meetings

Requirements

• Full-practice, licensed PMHNP
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in addiction treatment
• Experience prescribing Suboxone
• Active DEA registration
• Active, unrestricted license in the state of application
• Comfort with technology including EHRs and mobile apps
• Private, quiet home office with reliable internet for HIPAA compliance
