Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice. Founded in 2020, our clinical community includes over 800 psychiatrists and PMHNPs practicing in a collaborative, team-based care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care to lower to moderate acuity populations
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy
• Utilize electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate within an integrated care model including psychiatrists and therapists

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model

• Total annual on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+, consisting of base salary and monthly productivity
