Responsibilities

• Conduct initial telehealth evaluations with patients facing behavioral health and advocacy needs
• Identify and prioritize patient needs to maintain a streamlined care continuum
• Oversee patient care plans in partnership with healthcare advocates to address social determinants of health
• Collaborate with the technology team to develop innovative AI tools for clinical enhancement
• Learn and utilize Baba's systems, tools, and technology to deliver clinical expertise

Requirements

• Board certification in adult psychiatry
• Prior experience working with Medicare patients
• Proficiency with EMRs, care management platforms, and telehealth workflows
• Experience delivering care via telehealth
• Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills
• Comfort working with adults of all ages with diverse behavioral and medical needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Active membership in IMLC with 50 state registration
• Bilingual skills
