QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and understand user requirements to ensure they are testable
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for multiple projects
• Assess functionality, performance, reliability, and stability through manual or automated testing
• Validate that user expectations and business processes are met
• Interact with databases and source code as needed
• Collaborate closely with developers regarding testing results and issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing
• 3+ years of experience working with software development teams
• Experience working with relational databases, preferably MySQL
• Solid understanding of business processes and needs
• Meticulous approach to problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira
